This notice explains how SUPERTREE S.R.L. collects and uses personal data that you give us through www.supertree.ro, including our enquiry forms. It is written to meet Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
1. Who we are
SUPERTREE S.R.L., registered office Str. Dobrota nr. 12, Sector 2, Bucureşti, 020177, Romania, registered with the trade register under number J2024010270406, tax code RO50121823. We work from Globalworth BOC Tower, Str. George Constantinescu 3, Entrance A, floor 3, Sector 2, Bucureşti.
We are the data controller for the personal data described here, which means we decide why it is collected and how it is used.
2. What we collect, and why
When you fill in a form on our website we collect your name, email address, phone number and, if you choose to give them, your company name and your message. Our website also records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
We use that data for the following purposes, on the following legal grounds:
- Replying to you and preparing an offer. Legal ground: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Keeping the website working and protected. Legal ground: our legitimate interest in running a functioning, secure website.
- Measuring how the website is used. Legal ground: your consent.
- Sending you marketing email. Legal ground: our legitimate interest in telling people who have contacted us about our services. You can opt out at any time, in any email or by writing to us, and we will stop.
You do not have to give us your data, but without contact details we cannot reply to you. We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not sell your personal data.
3. Who else sees it
Your enquiry is stored in HubSpot, the system we use to manage enquiries and marketing email, hosted in the European Union. Our website runs on Hostinger and is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, and we use Google Fonts to display the site. These suppliers process your data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data to lawyers, auditors or public authorities where the law requires it.
Some of these suppliers are companies based in the United States, whose staff may access data from outside the European Economic Area. Those transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the supplier is certified under it. Contact us and we will tell you which safeguard applies.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to run and protect the website and, only if you agree, cookies that measure how the site is used and that let us see which pages someone viewed before getting in touch. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie banner, or clear cookies in your browser settings.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship for 24 months from your last contact with us. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to send it on to another provider. You can object to any processing we base on our legitimate interests. Where we rely on your consent you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. If you object to marketing we will stop, without exception and without asking for a reason.
Write to us using the details below and we will reply within one month, free of charge. We will normally ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not give your data to someone else.
If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucureşti, dataprotection.ro. Please tell us first if you can, so that we have a chance to put things right.
