What’s the minimum booking?
Meeting rooms book by the hour from €45. Conference Hall and Cinema Hall book by the event (half-day or full-day) from €2,000. No minimum contract, pay per event.
Is catering available?
Yes. Coffee, filtered water, and tea are included in every room. Full catering (coffee breaks, lunch, cocktail receptions) is available on demand — we coordinate with vetted partners.
Do you provide AV support on the day?
Yes — every event includes a technical check before you start and on-site support throughout. For Cinema Hall and Conference Hall events we have a dedicated AV technician on standby.
Can we host an event after business hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend events are standard — just let us know when booking. End-of-year parties, product launches, and after-work gatherings are all welcome.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 14+ days before the event. 50% if between 7 and 14 days.
Can you invoice a legal entity (SRL)?
Yes, we invoice Romanian and international legal entities, subject to VAT. Procurement-process compatible: we can sign NDAs, master service agreements, and handle multi-event framework contracts.
