How many guests can you host?
Meeting rooms take 6 to 25 guests, the open-plan spaces 30 to 80, the Conference Hall up to 100 seated, and the Cinema Hall 170. Combine both event halls for events of up to 300 guests.
How is pricing structured?
Meeting rooms book by the hour from €45 (Terra €85/hour or €500/day). Halls and open-plan spaces are quoted per event. All rates are net; VAT is added on top.
Where is the venue and how do guests get there?
Supertree’s event spaces are at Globalworth BOC Tower, Str. George Constantinescu 3, Entrance A, Floor 3, in Bucharest’s Pipera business district. Guests walk three minutes from Pipera metro station, and Henri Coandă Airport (OTP) is about 25 minutes by taxi.
Do you offer corporate rates for recurring bookings?
Yes. Companies that book regularly, such as monthly trainings, quarterly board meetings or a series of events, get corporate rates. Ask for a recurring-booking quote.
Can companies that aren’t Supertree members book the event spaces?
Yes. Every meeting room, hall and open-plan space is open to external companies and event agencies by the hour, half-day or full day, and your first booking comes with 15% off.
Can we visit the venue before booking?
Yes. Book a 15-minute venue tour to see the halls, meeting rooms and setup options; we then send you a personalised proposal.
Can we keep the same setup for a multi-day training or event?
Yes. For multi-day programmes we leave the room exactly as you set it, so each day starts without a reset.
Is catering available?
Yes. Coffee, tea and filtered water are included in every room. Full catering is available on request through vetted partners.
Can we bring our own caterer or suppliers?
Yes. You can book just the space and bring your own caterer, AV or production team. A coordination fee applies, covering building access, timings and setup with your suppliers on the day.
Do you provide AV support on the day?
Every hall and meeting room has built-in AV. A dedicated technician and on-site support can be added to any event and included in one quote.
Do you host company Christmas and year-end parties?
Yes, in the two open-plan spaces for 30 to 80 guests, with catering, bar and branding. End-to-end packages start from 300 lei per person, and evening and weekend events are standard.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the event; 50% between 7 and 14 days.
Can you invoice a legal entity (SRL)?
Yes, Romanian and international legal entities. We can sign NDAs, master service agreements and multi-event framework contracts.
