The space has to switch from structured content to a relaxed social atmosphere, without moving guests to another venue.

Phase 2 set theatre-style for the talk, then reset with cocktail tables and bar service, plus catering, branding and photo-video as needed.

Corporate Party & Networking FAQs
How many guests can you host?
Open Space Phase 1 suits 30 to 50 guests and Phase 2 takes 30 to 80. For larger celebrations, combine the halls and the open space for up to 300 guests.
How much does a corporate party cost?
Every event is quoted per brief, based on date, guest count, layout, catering and production. Year-end party packages, end to end, start from 300 lei per person. All rates are net; VAT is added on top.
When should we book our Christmas party?
As early as you can. December evenings are the most requested dates, so we recommend confirming by October or early November.
Can we have a talk before the drinks?
Yes. Phase 2 can be set theatre-style for a talk or panel with microphones and a screen, then reset for the reception.
Is catering and a bar available?
Yes. Brunches, canapés, cocktails and bar service come from vetted partners. You can also bring your own caterer; a coordination fee covers access and setup on the day.
Can we host evening or weekend events?
Yes. Evening and weekend events are standard when booked in advance.
Can you brand the space and film the event?
Yes. Branding, printed materials, guest gifts, photography, video and full production can be added, charged as extras.
Do you host private parties?
No. Supertree hosts company and professional events only, so we don’t host weddings, christenings or private birthday parties.
How do invoicing and contracts work?
We invoice Romanian and international legal entities, subject to VAT, and can sign NDAs, master service agreements and framework contracts.
What is the best way to get here?
By metro or taxi. Pipera metro station (M2) is a three-minute walk from BOC Tower, and taxis can drop guests at the building entrance. Parking in Pipera is limited, so we recommend leaving the car at home.
