What does a corporate training room cost?
Meeting rooms book by the hour from €45. Terra, our main training room, is €85 per hour or €500 for a full day. The Conference Hall is available by the hour, with a two-hour minimum, or for a full day, and we quote it around your programme. No minimum contract.
Can we keep the same room setup across a multi-day programme?
Yes. On multi-day and recurring programmes we keep the room and the layout exactly as you leave them, so no one loses time re-arranging furniture between sessions.
Is catering available?
Yes. Coffee, filtered water and tea are included in every room. Full catering (coffee breaks, lunch, cocktail receptions) is available on demand, coordinated with vetted partners.
Do you provide AV support on the day?
Yes. Every event includes a technical check before you start and on-site support throughout. For Conference Hall and Cinema Hall events we have a dedicated AV technician on standby.
Can we run a session after business hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend sessions are standard, just let us know when booking.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel 14 or more days before the event. 50% if between 7 and 14 days.
Can you invoice a legal entity (SRL)?
Yes, we invoice Romanian and international legal entities, subject to VAT. Procurement-process compatible: we can sign NDAs, master service agreements, and handle multi-event framework contracts.
