These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern access to and use of the services provided by SUPERTREE S.R.L., including coworking, event hall rental, consultancy services, and auxiliary services available through the www.supertree.ro platform. By using the services, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Offered
SUPERTREE offers access to shared workstations, private offices, meeting and conference rooms, business lounge, internet access, printing services, postal address, as well as event organization and consultancy. Services are available as listed packages on the website and in the rental agreement.
2. Access and Use
Access is granted based on the selected package, either during business hours or 24/7 where applicable. Clients must comply with the internal rules, security measures, and appropriate use policies.
3. Agreement Conclusion
The agreement is considered concluded upon signing or online acceptance and is valid for the agreed duration. These T&C are an integral part of the agreement.
4. Pricing, Payments, and Deposits
Prices are displayed on the website and in the agreement. Payment is made via bank transfer or online. Some packages require a refundable deposit. Delayed payments may lead to restricted access.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For contracts concluded remotely, individual consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days, provided services have not started. Exceptions apply as per consumer protection laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
SUPERTREE is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the space, losses or issues resulting from actions of other users or third parties.
7. Data Protection
SUPERTREE processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data is used to provide services, for communication, and administrative purposes, under conditions of confidentiality and security.
8. Cookie Policy

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or, if necessary, by the competent courts of Romania.
10. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable except under the conditions specified in the individual contract or if service delivery was not possible due to Supertree’s fault. Any refund request must be submitted in writing within a maximum of 5 business days from the service purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
11. Internal Rules
- Disturbing other members through excessive noise or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
- Alcohol and drug use is strictly forbidden.
- The lounge area may be used between 09:00 and 20:00. Access outside this time frame requires written approval.
- Maintaining cleanliness and protecting Supertree’s equipment is mandatory.
12. Package Examples
- DAILY VISITOR – 1-day access, WiFi, limited printing, meeting room on request.
- MONTHLY VISITOR – unlimited access Mon-Fri, credit for extra services.
- WORKSTATIONS – 24/7 access, mailing address, internet, lockable cabinet.
- PRIVATE OFFICE – dedicated space, full 24/7 access, meeting room included, personalized services.
