What does a board meeting room cost in Pipera?
Amazon and Atacama are €60 per hour or €280 for a full day. Terra, the largest room, is €85 per hour or €500 for a full day. All rates are net; VAT is added on top.
How many people fit in your largest boardroom?
Terra seats up to 25 guests at one shared table, or fewer in a U-shape. For larger groups, the Conference Hall in the same building seats up to 100.
Can we hold a shareholder meeting (AGA) here?
Yes. Terra, Amazon and Atacama suit board and shareholder meetings. Rooms are fully enclosed, and we can sign NDAs and invoice the company directly.
Can I book if I’m not a Supertree member?
Yes. Anyone can book a meeting room online; you don’t need a coworking membership. Members get preferential rates.
Do you offer corporate rates for recurring bookings?
Yes. Companies that book regularly, such as quarterly board meetings or weekly leadership sessions, get corporate rates. Ask for a recurring-booking quote.
Can visiting teams use a room as a pop-up office?
Yes. Partners and teams visiting Bucharest can book a private room by the day, with Wi-Fi, screen, refreshments and reception included.
What’s included in the price?
The room with built-in AV, a whiteboard, Nespresso, tea and water, cleaning and administration. A dedicated technician and catering can be added.
Are the rooms private enough for confidential sessions?
Yes. Every room is fully enclosed with its own door, and guests are received at reception rather than walking through a shared lobby.
How do I pay?
Pay by card when you book online and receive instant confirmation by email. We also invoice Romanian and international legal entities, subject to VAT.
What is the best way to get here?
By metro or taxi. Pipera metro station (M2) is a three-minute walk from BOC Tower, and taxis can drop guests at the building entrance. Parking in Pipera is limited, so we recommend leaving the car at home.
