In 2012, commercial lawyer and entrepreneur Gianina Crăciun founded Adeco Advisory, a multidisciplinary business consultancy specialising in helping international companies enter, establish, and grow their operations in Romania and beyond.

We knew there had to be a better way.
3A new business model · 2025
In 2025, Supertree was born as the next evolution of Adeco Advisory’s vision.
The idea was to create more than another coworking space: an integrated platform where businesses could establish their physical presence, access strategic support, share resources, and develop meaningful business connections, all within one ecosystem.
How we built it
2012Supertree’s roots go back to Adeco Advisory, established in 2012 to support businesses navigating complex decisions, developing strategies, and growing their operations. Over time, one insight became increasingly clear: businesses needed more than individual advisory services.
2025Supertree launched in Bucharest as the next evolution of that vision: a physical environment where companies could not only establish themselves, but also work, collaborate, and become part of a wider professional network.
2025–2026As the community grew, so did the opportunities to connect people, companies, and ideas through conferences, professional events, business partnerships, and shared experiences. Events became a natural extension of the ecosystem, alongside workspace and advisory solutions.
2027 · NextSupertree evolves into a clearer brand family, with specialized divisions operating under one identity and sharing the same mission: helping businesses establish, operate, connect, and grow sustainably.

Supertree is a flexible workspace and business ecosystem at Globalworth BOC Tower in Pipera, Bucharest. It combines coworking, private offices, meeting rooms, corporate event venues and in-house business advisory.
Supertree was founded by Gianina Crăciun, its CEO, and opened in May 2025. It is part of Adeco Advisory, a Bucharest consulting firm operating since 2012.
Globalworth BOC Tower, Str. George Constantinescu 3, Entrance A, Floor 3, Pipera, Bucharest. It is three minutes on foot from Pipera metro (M2); parking nearby is limited, so we recommend metro or taxi.
No. Supertree Workspaces & More is a Romanian company in Bucharest. It has no connection to the Supertree Grove at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore.
Meeting rooms start at €45 an hour, Modullo pods at €350 a month and market-entry advisory at €500. Offices and event halls are quoted per request, and all prices exclude VAT.
No. Terms range from a day pass to an annual agreement, and you can try the space free for a full day after your tour. Managed offices start at 12 months.
Yes. The advisory team handles company registration, sediu social, banking, legal setup, HR and finance, and the workspace is ready when your team arrives.
No. Our venues are for company and professional events only, such as board meetings, trainings, conferences, town halls, networking and company parties.
