This autumn, Supertree will co-host Forbes Romania 30 Under 30 2026 in Bucharest, welcoming one of the country’s most recognised initiatives dedicated to the next generation of Romanian leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators and creators.

The main event will take place on 30 October 2026 at Supertree, BOC Tower, Pipera, Bucharest, bringing together outstanding young talent, business leaders and members of Romania’s entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem.

Inspired by the international Forbes 30 Under 30 format, Forbes Romania 30 Under 30 highlights exceptional innovators under the age of 30 whose achievements are already making an impact across business, technology, creative industries, sport and other sectors.

The journey starts before the main event. In September, Supertree will welcome this year’s finalists for the official photoshoot, giving us an early opportunity to meet the people, ideas and ambitions behind this year’s list.

The programme will culminate with an event combining discussion, networking and the official recognition of the Forbes Romania 30 Under 30, Class of 2026.

From First-Time Partner to Co-Host

Our involvement with Forbes Romania 30 Under 30 began in 2025, when Supertree joined the event for the first time as an official Star Partner.

Through an interactive activation, we had the opportunity to meet the nominees and connect directly with a new generation of Romanian founders, innovators and creators. As part of the experience, Supertree also offered dedicated prizes designed to support their next stage of growth, including coworking access, event support and a three-month strategic growth partnership.

Last year’s grand prize was awarded to Intrudify, which benefited from dedicated strategic support from the Supertree ecosystem. Since then, we have continued to welcome and support emerging founders, technology projects and innovation-led teams through partner hosting, workspace access, business support and ecosystem connections, including Hanna Tech and several other projects that have used Supertree as a place to meet, collaborate and grow.

For us, the partnership was about more than visibility. It was an opportunity to actively support young talent with the workspace, expertise, business infrastructure and connections that can help ambitious ideas grow into sustainable companies.

One year later, the partnership is entering a new chapter.

In 2026, Supertree is stepping from partner to co-host, welcoming the finalists to our Bucharest hub for their official photoshoot in September and hosting the main Forbes Romania 30 Under 30 event on Friday, 30 October at Globalworth BOC Tower.

Choosing BOC Tower’s newly renovated event venues for this year’s edition is also symbolic of the next stage of the partnership. It brings the Forbes 30 Under 30 generation into the heart of Bucharest’s business district, placing emerging talent alongside the companies, investors, decision-makers and corporate ecosystem already shaping the city’s economy.

For both Forbes Romania and Supertree, this next chapter is increasingly about growth, visibility and long-term impact: creating stronger bridges between emerging founders and established business, and giving Romania’s next generation of leaders a larger platform to connect, be seen and grow.

At a broader level, it is also about helping position Romania more visibly on the regional and international map for entrepreneurship, innovation and emerging talent — showcasing a generation of founders and leaders with the potential to build companies, ideas and communities that reach far beyond the local market.

Beyond the event itself, Supertree will once again support selected young, growing teams with practical consulting expertise and business infrastructure, from workspace and strategic guidance to business services, relevant introductions and partner hosting, helping promising projects build stronger foundations for sustainable growth.
