How many people can the halls hold?
The Conference Hall takes up to 130 guests in theatre layout, or 40 in U-shape. The Cinema Hall seats up to 170 in its auditorium. Combine both for events of up to 300 guests across presentations, breakouts and networking.
What does a conference or town hall cost?
Both halls are available by the hour, with a two-hour minimum, or for a full day. We quote each event around your date, guest count, layout and any catering or production you add. Breakout meeting rooms are added by the hour from €45. All rates are net, VAT is added on top.
Do you provide AV support on the day?
Yes. Every event includes a technical check before you start and on-site support throughout. For Conference Hall and Cinema Hall events we have a dedicated AV technician on standby.
Can we run breakout sessions alongside the main programme?
Yes. Five private meeting rooms and the shared areas can be added for registration, parallel sessions, speaker preparation and networking, all inside the same building.
Is catering available?
Yes. Coffee, filtered water and tea are included in every room. Full catering (coffee breaks, lunch, cocktail receptions) is available on demand, coordinated with vetted partners.
Can we host an event after business hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend events are standard, just let us know when booking. Launches, town halls and after-work gatherings are all welcome.
Can you invoice a legal entity (SRL)?
Yes, we invoice Romanian and international legal entities, subject to VAT. Procurement-process compatible: we can sign NDAs, master service agreements, and handle multi-event framework contracts.
