This year’s Forbes CEE Forum took place under the theme At the Turning Point, bringing together leaders from business, finance, technology and public life for three days of conversations around the forces reshaping Central and Eastern Europe.
The agenda explored geopolitical, economic and technological change, and how companies can respond with greater adaptability, collaboration, clarity and courage.
From Garage to Global
On Day III (Thursday, 24 September), Gianina Crăciun, CEO of Supertree and Managing Partner of Adeco Advisory, joined the From Garage to Global panel.
The discussion looked at what it takes for companies to move from a local start to international growth: from long-term strategy and capital allocation to building the right team, attracting investment and aligning founders and investors around the next stage of development.
The topic is closely connected to what Supertree does every day: bringing together workspace, business advisory and community to support founders, growing companies and international teams building their next chapter in Romania.
