Open Space, Phase 1
Bright, colourful and informal, with a lively daytime atmosphere. Ideal for corporate brunches, team lunches, networking events and relaxed company gatherings. Flexible setup with cocktail tables, lounge areas and catering stations.
30–80 guests
Open Space, Phase 2
A more sophisticated and intimate setting with a darker evening atmosphere. Configure it theatre-style for CEO talks and presentations, or with cocktail tables and bar service for networking and social events.
Company events are quoted per event, based on your date, guest count, layout and catering. For larger celebrations, the Conference Hall and Cinema Hall take up to 300 guests.

How many guests can you host?
Phase 1 works best for 30 to 50 guests and Phase 2 for 30 to 80. For larger celebrations, the Conference Hall and Cinema Hall take up to 300 guests between them.
What does a company party cost?
Company events are quoted per event rather than by the hour, because the price depends on your date, guest count, layout, catering and any production you add. Send us the brief and we will come back with a written proposal.
Can you arrange catering and a bar?
Yes. Brunches, canapés, cocktails and bar service are all available, coordinated with vetted partners and built around the format of your event.
Can we host an event after business hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend events are standard, just let us know when booking. End-of-year parties, launches and after-work gatherings are all welcome.
Can we run a short presentation during the party?
Yes. Phase 2 can be configured theatre-style for a CEO talk or presentation, then reset with cocktail tables and bar service for the social part of the evening.
Can we brand the space?
Yes. Personalised event branding, printed materials, guest gifts, photo and video and end-to-end production can all be added around your brief.
Can you invoice a legal entity (SRL)?
Yes, we invoice Romanian and international legal entities, subject to VAT. Procurement-process compatible: we can sign NDAs, master service agreements, and handle multi-event framework contracts.
