What does a board meeting room cost?
Amazon and Atacama are €60 per hour or €280 for a full day. Terra, our largest room, is €85 per hour or €500 for a full day. Sahara and Everest start at €45 per hour for smaller sessions. All rates are net, VAT is added on top.
Can I book a room if I’m not a Supertree member?
Yes. Anyone can book a meeting room online, you do not need to be a coworking member. Members get preferential rates.
What’s included in the price?
Every booking includes the room with TV and presentation setup, whiteboard, Nespresso and water, plus cleaning and administration. No hidden extras.
Are the rooms private enough for confidential sessions?
Yes. Every meeting room is fully enclosed with its own door, and guests are received at reception rather than walking through a shared lobby. We can sign NDAs where your process requires it.
How do I pay?
You pay securely by card at the moment of booking through our online portal and receive instant confirmation by email. We also invoice Romanian and international legal entities, subject to VAT.
Is there parking?
Yes. BOC Tower has on-site underground and surface parking for guests, and Pipera metro is a three-minute walk away.
Can you arrange catering?
Yes, we can add coffee breaks, lunch and full catering. Send us a request through the form on this page and we will tailor it to your meeting.
