What is a registered business address (sediu social)?
It’s the official address where your company is legally registered. It appears on your invoices, contracts and public records. You don’t need to work there, it exists for legal and tax purposes.
What’s the difference between Business Address and Virtual Office?
They’re the same address and the same services, with one difference: Virtual Office adds 5 hours of meeting room time every month. Choose Business Address if you only need the registration and mail. Choose Virtual Office if you also want a place to meet clients.
Can I register my company at this address?
Yes. Our address is fully valid for SRL and other company registrations in Romania, and compliant with the 2026 tax rules. Many of our clients use it for exactly this.
How does mail handling work?
We receive all mail sent to your address, scan it, and email it to you. You stay informed wherever you are.
I’m based abroad. Can I still use this?
